Overview

Part Mask of a Top Clothing Item

Part Mask is used to define which area the clothing item occupies on the very final composed texture which will include top, bottom, shoes etc. A mask (only black or white) is included in Red, Green, Blue and Alpha channel. The Part Mask is saved as DDSDXT1 ARGB 4bpp | 1 bit alpha.

Don't change this texture!

The Part Masks are given by EA in their concept of creating the full body texture. If you change it, you step into another Clothing Type area and cover it!
