The Hospital could always use some caring Sims who have a sharp logical mind, a steady hand, and a willingness to put in long, erratic, and often inconvenient hours. Be prepared, because contributing to the wellness of others starts at the bottom of the bed pan!

  • Also the highest paying career at Level 10.
  • Gets a beeper after becoming a Medical Intern (Level 4). This means your Sim can be called into work at any moment.
  • Medical Interns and above can give medical advice to pregnant Sims - giving the babies a chance to get more desirable traits.
  • At the Resident Level (5) your Sim gets two new socials - Brag about being a doctor and give give good medical advice to pregnant Sims.
  • Residents can deduce the sex of pregnant Sims' babies.
  • Neurosurgeon (Level 9) gives amazing advice to pregnant Sims.
  • At the top of this career the Sim can play Golf at work.
