Investments

From TS3wiki

This page lists the different type of investments you can do in Sims 3 and what their benefits are.

Overview

Investments is a way for your Sim to earn money throughout the duration of your game. You can invest either as a Partner or Owner. Both investment levels are very expensive at first, but will eventually earn you good money and pay for themselves.

Once you have partnered (Become a Partner) or become an owner (Buy out Property) a Partner's Deed or Owner's Deed will be moved into your Sims inventory and can be used to Collect Money. Profits earned through investments become available at 9:00am each Monday and are not automatically paid, they have to be collected from their respective locations (traveling required).

Partnership

This is the entry level in any Investment you make. As a Partner you may eventually buy out the other Partners to claim Ownership of the business.

  • Rename Business (make it your own).
